Begonia crateris is a plant species of the genus Begonia in the Begoniaceae family. It is endemic to Sao Tome and one of the largest Begonia species in world. It closest relative is Begonia baccata also endemic to Sao Tome. The species name means that the begonia grows into a shape of a bowl (crater).
